We do not guarantee approval, issuance, or acceptance of any document by any government department, authority, or third party. The final acceptance of any document remains solely at the discretion of the relevant issuing authority.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information while filling any application form.
• You are solely responsible for the correctness of details such as name, khata/khesra number, address, and other particulars submitted.
• We are not liable for any rejection, delay, or error resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use this service under supervision of a parent/guardian, to make payments or submit applications.

4. Fees & Payments

Applicable application fees and document fees are displayed on the website before payment. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.

While we strive to process applications and generate documents promptly, processing times may vary depending on server availability, data verification, or third-party/government portal response times. We do not guarantee a fixed turnaround time unless explicitly communicated.
